1. What is the new company domain?
  The new company domain is imsbiz.com.hk, while the existing biz.com.hk company domain of will be phased out in line with company policy.
   
2. Can I still receive email from the biz.com.hk domain name?
  From today until December 31, 2008, you will be able to receive email from both biz.com.hk and imsbiz.com.hk company domains. After that date, you will only be able to receive email via the new company domain.

3. Can I add/modify/delete email address(es) under the biz.com.hk domain name?
  Yes, you can modify/delete EXISTING email addresses) until December 31, 2008. Please refer to the schedule below. For new email accounts, you can only use the new domain.
   
4. How can I check my existing domains and email aliases?

5. Will company domain migration affect my sending or receiving of email through biznetvigator.com?
  No. The migration will have no effect.

  We will inform customers phase by phase.
