How to change the settings of Microsoft outlook?
Microsoft Outlook 2002/2003

1. - Open "MS Outlook"
- Click "Tools"
- Select "Options"

 
2. - Click "E-mail Accounts"

 
3. - Select "View or change current email account"
- Click "Next"

 
4. - Highlight the name
- Click "Change"

 
5. - Update your email address. For example, from "yourlogin@abc.biz.com.hk" to "yourlogin@abc.imsbiz.com.hk"
- Click "Next"

 
6. - Click "Finish"

 
7. - Click "OK" to finish
